a minute ago New I’d reccomend people read reviews on trust pilot as these google reviews are way inflated. Bought a Q3 from bedford Audi back in 2022, main sales were good, of course, there trying to sell you a car. Since then, the overall service has been worse than terrible, I’ve had lots of problems with the car, First the Particulate sensor failed quickly, less than 5,000 miles it was second hand so already had some miles on it.. That was eventually fixed. Then I had a coolant issue for a long time, they kept fobbing me off saying it wasn’t leaking, then changed a clip on the second time in, then changed pipes on the 3rd time in, told me it was tested and all fine, Week later light Is on again, ended up changing the whole coolant assembly. Now the child lock has failed, they won’t return my calls for the repair, as it’s under extended warranty they just don’t want to know.. They hound the hell out of you, invite you in for ‘VIP’ events with a special deals just for you, then try sell you a car that’s another £200 a month.. they are soon hounding, some days calling 3 times, but when I mention about the repair, they say oh well get the service department to contact, then guess what, no one does.. One guy even said to me today, when I complained about the service I received and said why would I buy a new car from bedford Audi after my experiences over the years?! He said that I can just buy a new car from them and use a different garage for servicing and repairs..now.. if that doesn’t show you what their customer service is like then I don’t know what does. Interested in the initial sale, but just fob you off after unless you’re actually paying for something.. not interested in warranty repairs whatsoever! Everyone told me to buy a Audi, but in my experience they are actually overpriced junk..cemented by the atrocious customer service & after sales. I would have probably bought a new electric Audi this year had they just rectified the issues I had quickly and had a good after care service, but I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere
