We bought a 13 plate Vauxhall Insignia and after a day we had a knocking. After calling back they arranged a garage visit FOC to repair the brake caliper , it also transcended that there was a coolant leak that was also fixed. We had a courtesy car while the car was repaired. Some may say that these things shouldn’t happen but when they do you want the service we received.
