I went in and spent a few days looking at different vans to use for work. I decided on the Iveco Daily, but it turned out it wasn't the right one for me as I couldn’t fit what I needed into it. I went back to Woodlands, and they swapped it back and issued a full refund with no questions asked. They were really helpful, didn’t cause any issues, and were understanding of the situation.
