Rotten from top to bottom except for one

Bought a car, which had not been serviced, nor cleaned properly. Salesman, Wayne told lies or rubbish about the guarantee and the car details. We started to have motor issue on day 2, while travelling to Scotland. Almost impossible to get hold of the manager Dan, had to pay for some repairs (while away, in order to come back), manager accepted that we returned the car back, but refused to see us when we did. Only Max, who dealt with the return of the car and the payments, did what he said he would do and kept us up to date with the different payments. it took a month to get it sorted and I am happy I did not do a part exchange! When the top is rotten, it sets a bad example to the bottom. I would not return to that specific dealer. But thank you to Max for his professionalism among the rotten apples!
