Avoid very disappointed !

I bought a car Mercedes Benz on 30 January, the description said the car had full service history, MOT and health check, which it didn’t. After collecting the car it turned out the car had not been serviced and had not passed any inspections. Therefore I contacted with S JAMES Prestige Ltd to send me an invoice regarding full service history a thorough inspection of the vehicle. They sent me something like this and in their opinion it is a full service history. I did a full service history and Visual Health Check at Mercedes Benz which I paid £1610. I have been sent them the invoice and I didn’t get a refund, they said they were not responsible for it. I will not be recommending S JAMES Prestige, don’t trust them. If you’re thinking of buying from this dealership DON’T, save yourself, stress, money.
