Awful customer service
Worst customer service ever provided! Avoid avoid avoid. I paid on their website to reserve a car from here on the 12th June....14 days ago....and I am still am awaiting communication from City Motors Bristol to confirm the reservation, detail the next steps - or - be honest and admit that the car I have reserved has been sold to someone else. But yep, 14 days later, I haven't heard a thing! It is shocking to let a customer pay money and then make no effort with them to either progress with a reservation, or just have the decency to make contact and say, "hey although you did reserve the car online, it has now gone and so here is your refund.” I complained via the website and sent an email raising my concerns. The only response I have received was a generated email saying "thanks for the feedback" and “what’s the best number to call you on” - despite my reservation and complaint both supplying my phone number and the fact that my number would already be in the system from previous calls. Even now despite my complaint and emails, I still await any form of contact and my refund. Quite simply shocking customer service. If you want to be treated with respect and like you aren't invisible, then don't buy a car from here.
