A satisfactory experience.

Yesterday I travelled to the Seymour Horwell private Volvo dealership in Newton Abbott to have my Volvo V70 SE Lux treated to a new cam belt , Auxiliary belt and tensioner and water pump , as it has reached 70,000 miles and its tenth anniversary. For me , the journey was in mileage terms a long one but I’m glad that I made the trip. I dealt directly with Pete in Sales/ Service by telephone initially and in person yesterday , and found him to be a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for the company . I am not given to using superlatives to describe the level of service that I generally experience but in this instance I feel compelled to make an exception , so much so , that I feel sure that this will mark the beginning of a happy and rewarding business relationship for myself and Seymour Horwell.
