Came in day one. Test drove day two Paid holding deposit day four. day five had a chaser for two days to sign documentation, second chaser demanding I sign within 24 hours. Told them it was difficult (my wife got diagnosed with Cancer). No Sympathy - no calls - just demands. Took the car away from me day five. Still have not received my holding deposit - 2 weeks later. General staff were nice - sales lady very helpful. The powers that be are a an out and out Bunch of liars. comments left by others including "Ignorant", "unhelpful", "terrible`' and "useless" is an understatement. Told a pack of lies just to get head office off their back. LSH customer services, let's see how you handle this one....!!!! Or are you there just as a matter of protocol, to make us think there is a complaints procedure in place??? See email sent to you which as of yet I've not received a reply: Dear Customer services: Further to the email trail below as well as others in my inbox, basically - long story short: I viewed the car week before last, Thursday 5th June Test drove Friday 6th Paid deposit Sunday 8th Was sent paperwork Tuesday 10th - giving me two says to sign (I could not because I was preoccupied with my wife who had been diagnosed with cancer - I was in no state to review documents). Told them on the Thursday that I’d be in to Tamworth to sign Saturday 14th Send a load of emails before hand which were ignored, explaining my situation. Then receive an email on Sunday 15th to say the car had been sold to another two days before. They ignore emails when it suits them, take my deposit and because I did not review and sign the paperwork within two days gave the car to another. **** two weeks later I've still not received my deposit. I think the way this has been handled by them is disgusting. I have my car empted and was all ready only for them to ignore me completely and give the car to another. Please advise.
