Slightly disappointed

Bought an Audi E-Tron GT electric car had it delivered because this was a distance sale.Car was delivered in first class condition in a covered trailer. I had 2 weeks to test car and return if it wasn’t what I expected but it’s great. My only complaint is it came with only one charge lead which is totally unusable at home,spoke to Ben the sales manager at he explained that it only came with one lead no good to me so I’ve got to purchase a charging cable,no offer of a swap ( cable) just you will have to purchase one.Slightly disappointed to say the least, no customer satisfaction it’s a shame car is great
