Not so great service

The mechanics have lied and said they couldn't hear any noise when opening the door, despite 6 loud clunks when opening/closing the door as the hinge is clearly broken and missing part of the bolt at the bottom. Tried for a week to get this resolved despite having the car in for service, brakes and door issue for 24hrs. Sent in a video of door noise as requested and chased for response but nothing heard back. Great service for Motability customer
