Shocking dealership
Went to pick a car up after completing paperwork, hired a vehicle for the 80 mile journer to pick up, handed car back and taxi to pinkstines to be told at 5.30pm it wasnt ready come back tomorrow, got the car the next day and broke down on my way home the day of pick up, phoned pinkstones and told that's what you got warranty for make a claim, car was fixed, fast forward 4 months and major engine problems, timing belt and many other things, 5 diagnostics later confirming what pinkstones mechanics said was nothing after 10 days of having my vehicle, warranty happy to fix but being a partner of pinkstones and listening to their mechanics going against the likes of halfords, kwik fit diagnosis aswell as 3 independent garages. Told the car would be serviced and new 12 month mot not even half that, 2022 and 2023 mot stating tyres and brakes as advisory, this dissappear on 2024 mot for the mot I had to flag up major brake wear all 4 wheels 4 tyres need replacing. Now in the process of dealing with FCA and the ombudsman service, 5 months with a car that can not be used but their OK to take 10 grand for the vehicle. These mechanics in here are dangerous, lying incompetent frauds, I wouldn't even give a start but unfortunately I have to
