It's All About Trust

It's all about trust. My wife and I had been buying cars from the same seller for a lot of years. Then they closed. All that trust we had in them was gone overnight and when it came to think about swapping cars we held off a bit because of the question of who to trust. We did loads of online searching, visited a few local dealers but nothing seemed to meet our 'trust' needs. One morning we had a ride to Adlington and Burnetts and we were pleasantly surprised. No pressure as we viewed the stock and took a few reference photos but there was assistance on hand if needed. We took the info we gained home and did a bit of online searching, comparisons, costs etc and came up with a couple of vehicles to look at closer. on our next visit we asked for information and we got exactly what we need and still no pressure. We got the vehicle keys for a good look round and then asked about test drives. With no issue the two vehicles we asked to test were presented in a couple of minutes ready to go. Off we went and when we came to a decision our trade in was checked and a very acceptable value was placed on it. The car we were buying had a check over and we picked it up a couple of days later. It was a great experience and everyone at Burnetts were more than helpful in the dealing and loved to have a friendly chat in the few waiting periods. Perhaps we've found our new trusted dealer.
