Very bad experience

I bought a used approved Toyota Corolla from her but one of the worst experiences,there is no quality standard do not buy used car from them , I came from Manchester to pick up my the car,I was thinking they are Toyota dealer so I trust them after I saw that I sent email to them but no reply .
