Unfortunately, trusting this dealer was a huge mistake. On the drive home, I discovered the car had a serious coolant leak. Hoping it was just a cracked hose or leaking radiator, I immediately took it to a mechanic. The authorised Ford service centre then diagnosed a blown head gasket. I decided to exercise my right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles buyers to a full refund if a fault is found within the first 30 days of purchase. In response, I was flatly told, “That won’t happen.” The dealer, Taras, stated that once the car was sold, it was no longer his problem and told me to contact Luke—who never responded to my calls or messages. My final attempts to reach him were completely ignored. Regrettably, I hadn’t checked previous reviews before buying. Since you’re reading this, please don’t make my mistake—avoid this dealer. I’m not the first person to report problems.
