Almost prestige
Overall a good experience with this dealership. Declan who arrange the sale was very helpful with good communication. There were a couple of issues, the car was described as have full main dealer service history but the history was missing, took a while to get to the bottom of it but in the end I was sent a sales sheet saying the dealership had serviced it in house, I took the car to BMW and had the correct service done at my own expense for peace of mind. Second issue was the rear spoiler started coming unstuck, again took a while to resolve but in the end they asked me to get the work done at a local body shop and they would reimburse me, which they did so all good in the end. Overall I'm pleased with the car but just feel if you are aiming for truly prestige there are a couple of things that could be improve, for example as soon as I got the car I had to replace the key fob batteries as one was completely dead and the other showing in the display as needing changing. At other pretiege garages I have used the fob batteries are automatically replaced as part of the PDI process.
