Appalling customer service!

I recently went to Audi Shrewsbury to ask to look at an A5 sportback as I was in the market for a new car. I have simply never encountered such arrogance and total lack of interest in 40 years of buying cars! Firstly we were ignored and then when the "salesman' (as a sales professional for over 43 years I use this word very loosely for this person) eventually acknowledged us, he began by slagging off other manufacturers (sales rule #1, don't slag of the competition!) then never asked what we wanted, never shook hands, never asked our budget or even why we were looking, everything was far, far too much trouble. Eventually he found us some keys, the wrongs ones (!) and then almost threw the right ones at use. He never offered to come and view the car with us and when I returned rather than ask questions, once again we were ignored until I put the keys on his desk and walked out. Rude, uncaring and frankly one of the worst displays or selling and customer service I have ever witnessed! If I could give them zero stars I would!
