Worse service ever

I have had to take the car back 3 times and still they have not fixed it properly. It went in for the back door seals first time they just pushed them back on "I had already done that as a temporary fix" the second time they actually said that they used some glue on them but still used the same sills, the third time I had removed the seals so they had to fit new ones. As this was only 3 days ago fingers crossed that this fix works. The second thing they were supposed to fixed was the underseat air vents, which as you drove along could and did pop out and go underneath the foot pedals, the first time they just put them back in place, as before I could have done that. This time they didn't even try to fix them and a Tec told me as they were no longer in place it was ok to drive and what was I making a fuss for. Not that he had any idea what he was looking for. The thing I had also mentioned was that the clutch was slipping occasionally so they changed the fluid. The service personnel was quite rude when I said that it should have been done but that they had no record of it being asked for. Luckily for me I had spoken to the director of Taw Ford who had assured me that the work would all be done correctly this time. I have written a email to him stating that I wanted to make a formal complaint, but have still not heard from him. Also I asked the service personnel for the company complaints procedure and was told they didn't have one. I had to email the director if I wanted to make a formal complaint, as I was a motability customer I was gob smacked as I know it's one of the things they insist one partner's have. Why didn't they want to show it to me, are they breaking the law by not having one in place. I have been contacted by a company about my experience with Taw Ford and have explained it all to them. I learnt over the weekend that Taw Ford have lost the contract and from December will not longer be representing Ford. If that's the case no wonder they couldn't give a damn about customer service. The Brend family should be ashamed of being involved with a dodgy company as it will reflect badly on the whole Brend group.
