Fraudsters!!

Stay away from these Fraudsters!! They buy knackered cars and sell them on without doing and checks or repairs to them!! I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from them for my daughter as she had just passed her test. I don’t normally buy cars without seeing them in person but I bought this one from there site with it being a 3.5hr drive away. On paper the car looked decent ish for its age and mileage. They where supposed to deliver it on a Thursday but with an hour of when it was supposed to be delivered they text me to say they couldn’t deliver it as there had been an accident and wouldn't get to mine in time. They delivered it on the Saturday, I had a look round it and there where a few things wrong with it that they didn’t inform me about before hand and just kept saying you can get a new one on eBay for £20 etc! my gut feeling was saying no but my emotions as it was for my daughter and was surprising her with it, so unfortunately went with my emotions and ahead with the sale. Literally within a day of her driving it, she was having issues, it was losing power etc, I message the delaership and they suggested taking it to a garage and getting the spark plugs and coils checked/replaced, but this wouldn’t be covered by the so called 14 day warranty that came with the car, I have never Known a warranty that can’t be used at any other local garage, so it’s worth nothing! . I took it in the a reputable company that has been going for over 25yrs and that’s when it all went downhill! The garage phoned my and send there think it’s the thermostat housing that needs replacing, so told them to get on with it. Literally half an hour later they phoned me to tell me that the garage has sold me a knackered car and that they had taken out the oil overheating wire to hide the fact the engine was knackered! I know believe those is why they didn’t deliver the car on the Thursday and I new that it would cost thousands to repair, so they decided to take the wire out and fraudulently sell me the car knowing all this! Obviously I can’t prove this but I don’t believe in coincidences! I told them the situation and they just kept telling me to bring it in to them for them to look at! I explained on numerous of occasions that the garage has advised that the car is not to be used for long distances because of the state of the problem with it, but they kept refusing to pick the car up and expected me to cover the costs of getting it to them! Again why have a warranty if it can’t be used at other garages locally! And this wasn’t explained at the beginning! So we are now left with a car that is knackered and will cost thousands to repair, maybe even need a new engine! We are currently seeking solicitors advice and been told that we have a good case against them, we are also in contact with the MTO and the Trading Standards. Companies like this need to be made accountable and need to be shut down!! They’ll make out that the company I am taking about it different to this but they have two sites, one in burning ham and one in Dudley - be careful!!
