Great Experience Buying a VW Tiguan

I recently purchased a VW Tiguan Allspace from LMC Cars in Upminster and had a positive overall experience. Two members of the team stood out during the process: Ali took me out on the test drive and showed me around the vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxed and informative. Sirena, the manager, was direct and efficient in helping me reach a fair deal. A few parts were missing at the time of purchase, but she arranged for them to be shipped to my home within a week. Additionally, when the car’s battery unexpectedly died less than a week after the purchase, LMC promptly reimbursed me for the cost of a replacement. While there were a couple of small hiccups, the way they were handled gave me confidence in the dealership's customer service. I appreciate their responsiveness and support, and I’m happy with my new car. Would recommend.
