We purchased a peugeot from ZB Motors ltd last week (22/11/2016) after 2 days it started stalling upon braking. this continued so we informed them on the 4th day that we would like to reject the car as its our legal right to and have a full refund. they proceeded to inform us we couldnt have a refund and that we have a warranty to deal with this issue. We explained that it is our statutory right to reject it as its unsatifactory and not as described in the advert. We have given them time to collect the car and refund us but they are refusing to take our calls or reply to us so now we have no choice but to take them to court. Avoid this dealer at all cost as they are far from professional and shouldn't be allowed to trade
