If you want to get scammed or ripped off

If you want to get scammed or ripped off, go ahead and deal with Arash and his manager Richard Pooley at Stellantis Liverpool. On 2 June 2025, I bought a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid with only 6,704 miles for £19,850. The car looked brand new, and I was offered a test drive but only under 20 mph because of speed cameras near the dealership. Of course, at that speed, you don’t notice anything wrong. But as soon as I got on the motorway heading back to London, the car started pulling seriously to the left. The steering wasn’t aligned, and the lane assist icon kept flashing on the dashboard. I was in constant pain in my arm just trying to keep the car in my lane. It was unsafe and clearly not in the condition they presented. When I asked Sales manager Richard Pooley why the previous owner returned it, he said it was due to finance issues. But I now believe it was due to serious accident damage that they never disclosed. I tried calling Arash and sales manager Richard Pooley multiple times no answer. Every time I rang, they claimed Arash or Richard "wasn’t in." No one wanted to speak to me. Even my sister tried calling from her phone, and they stopped answering when they recognized the number. They dodged every attempt to resolve the issue. You’ll get zero support or customer service if anything goes wrong. Eventually, after a lot of pressure, I got my refund but the stress, the headaches, and the way they made me feel like I was being scammed? Unforgivable. So before you buy anything from them, ask yourself: do you want to throw your money in the bin? If you're okay with being ignored, misled, and treated like garbage the moment your payment clears then sure, go ahead and deal with Stellantis Liverpool.
