Awful experience

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the purchase of Hyunai i30n performance I purchased from Motorhub, Keighley on 30th May 2025. From the outset, the car has presented some concerning aspects that we were assured were checked over. (Ratting noise when driving) suggesting it was not accurately represented or properly inspected before sale. When driving, the car has lost a lot of white smoke and stopped completely and is limp, will not start. No suspected issues were mentioned during the sale and should have been identified during any pre-sale checks. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. The car is currently undriveable, and I have had to incur other travel arrangements and be without a car I've spent a significant amount of money on due to these problems. I contacted Motorhub regarding these issues, but they were dismissive of my concerns and told me to go through warranty and said they will not accept rejection of the car, they offered no solution and have ignored any correspondence sent to them. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted my trust in Motorhub Keighley. I strongly advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious when dealing with this seller and to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before considering purchase. I have found the whole experience, rude and disregarding.
