Everyone needs to be aware before buying anything from this company, I would just like to share my experience and help others. I brought a car nearly 2 years ago, I use to have warranty for 2 years. when I first brought the car and drove home I found there was some faults with the car. after a few days I went back to motor match where I brought the car from, I told them to return the car as it was faulty and I don't need it anymore however they didn't accept it, they told me instead that they would sort it out and repair it and I said okay. A short while after that the car had some faults again and I went to motor match again, they didn't let me return the car and they told me I couldn't return the car as I had already signed an agreement. they said to me don't worry you have 2 years warranty, if anything happens to the engine, gearbox or anything electric we will sort it out for you. I told them I didn't want the car anymore, keep the car keep the deposit however they didn't accept so I had no choice but to accept the car. They didn't tell me that I have 1 month to return the car so after that the car broke down nearly 10 times and they repaired the car after lots of headaches. and now the car has been broken from January up until now its still in the garage. I still have a 7 months warranty left and they are not repairing the car. each time the car had a problem I gave them a call and asked them what to do, I never moved the car without their permission, I asked them where to go and which garage and all the problems that happened to the car wasn't my fault. I have proof of everything that happened to the car however no one is listening to me, not motor match, not warranty, not the finance bank. every one is telling me to repair the car myself so I stopped the payment and left the car in the garage and im complaining by law, now 6 months has gone by and nothing has changed. some more information about motor match they sell faulty cars after a couple of weeks they will change the staff, if you go back there they will tell you the staff that worked there before don't work there anymore important thing: if you buy a car from there ask them to give them the warranty paper that tells you want rights you have and what they cover. I have proof of everything that I am saying, I have a witness, voice recordings, receipts of each time the car has been repaired. so be careful before you buy anything make sure to ask what your rights are and ask for the paperwork otherwise you will not buy a car, you will buy a headache for yourself, thank you.
