Around a month after my purchase, I had an issue with the boot pin which fell off. I took it back and they repaired it for me free of charge. It really should have been the Mercedes garage who fixed this, but they didn’t want to, so Blackstone took it on and helped me out. We initially agreed to split the cost half and half, but when I went to collect the car, he told me it took him no time at all and didn’t make me pay. It is this type of service that makes a dealership memorable and better than others.
