Very disappointing

Bought an audi a7 from here, ever since I purchased it, there was a ticking noise coming from engine. They over looked it and said it’s nothing. Now the alternator has gone and so has the battery. I will have to replace alternator and battery which will be costing £6000. I phoned them up and told them about issue but they simply don’t want to know. Avoid to save big unexpected bills!
