NOT WHAT WE SAW ON THEIR WEBSITE

We arrived at their car park (showroom !) on the website it was a show room ! The car was dirty but looked ok. We test drove the car and bought it with a so called warranty for 3 months, 3 days later we broke down ! The battery was dead and had to be replaced. they didn`t reply to my emails, they completely ignored me so did Auto Warranties Select. We paid for a new battery £140, It was the AA that negotiated a part payment of £81 with Easy Carz who then told us to talk to Auto Warranties Select who just made things more stress than the £82 was worth so we gave up. Not a lot of money I know, we spent £11,700 on the car and after 3 days thought they would be more helpful but they fobbed us off. If you had a problem that cost a lot of money i don`t rate your chances of getting anywhere with this company
