Fantastic service, honest dealership

We began looking online for a first car for my teenage son and found the ideal car, a Peugeot 208 that sounded ideal, except we live over 3 hrs away from the dealership. We rang to enquire about the car and received friendly support from Gregg at Gouldings. We were initially a bit apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it in person but Gregg sent us a great walk-around video and reassured us that the car would receive a comprehensive check, oil change, MOT and be valeted and they would sort anything that needed sorting. They even arranged (at a reasonable cost) for the car to be transported to us on a day that suited us. The car itself arrived in mint condition and my son was absolutely delighted, as were my husband and I. It seems a genuine little car, with low mileage and not a scratch on it. The customer service and communication at every step was flawless. This company deserves its strong reputation and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car. They would be the first place I would go to when looking for a change of car in the future.
