Incompetent, worst garage I’ve used

Booked in for a recall, given a health check instead and tried to charge for things that were not requested including replacing a tire under 50% wear. Nobody seemed to even know that it was in for a recall when walking through health check that was not wanted or on pick up. They failed to produce any paperwork or proof that recall fix was needed and I do not believe the check was done. We were never told that this was just a check for the recall and that it takes weeks to order in what’s supposedly needed, just that we could take it back home at the end of the day, complete waste of money in taxis to and from as well as trains getting back just for this waste of time appointment. Terrible communication throughout and predatory in attempting to add on extra charges at every step. Strong avoid, this garage does not care about you or your car, only about squeezing every penny it can out of you.
