Car in for mot at 8am email at 3.30pm to say failed for bulging front tyre don't have tyre need to keep car till they get 1 next day following day no call communication ring when can I have my car very busy 4pm then find out they drive my car to torquay for the mot they don't even do it on the premises brake fluid change and all in £366 cowboys
