We were looking for a Kuga capable of towing our caravan. Tony Mahan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and inspired confidence from first contact. The car developed a couple of faults soon after purchase but Tony dealt with these all perfectly and with no fuss. A courtesy car was provided and the Service Dept (Teri) kept us advised on progress with daily phone calls. We would recommend TCH Derby to friends and family and would not hesitate in going back in the future.
