Avoid like the plague

Advertised a car for sale when you purchase it it's through a 3rd party. RK MOTORS who very kindly say ill put a full 12 month MOT on ad ivory on a tyre which he said he'd fix any small advisories he didn't replace tyre so ok we did whilst on the ramp for tracking it's discover that the catalytic converter has been removed back brakes all need replacing tyre shouldn't have passed make your own mind up about mot. Contacted seller he said well it passed mot but I'll put it on a rolling road and if it fails I'll fix them as for cat he said these are sometimes removed for performance reasons -it's a petrol car asked for a full refund now not answering
