Shocking customer service

I had previously used this dealership 5 years ago and service was amazing. However my husband had to use their service department 4 weeks ago, they disregarded his concerns about his car faults until it was completely broken down and had to be recovered. For about 3 weeks now my husband’s car has been with this branch with no updates on the progress of the car. We have been calling several times daily to either be cut off the line or not get through. This experience has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences of our lives. Being without a car for 3 weeks and being treated like garbage by staff. This is not what we expected when we bought a car from Evans Halsaw . So disappointed in the service as we have been customers to Evans Halsaw for the past 9 years.
