After being completely abandoned by the approved used BMW dealer in Bradford when my car immediately showed a reoccurring fault after purchase, as the car was under full national BMW warranty, the BMW dealer in Bradford told me to take the car to my local M Sport centre, which was Cooper in Tunbridge Wells. Over the next 6 months (yes, 6 months – fault was v e r y difficult to diagnose and fix) these guys took care of my car as if it was their own sale. Their service manager, Steve, really took a personal interest in trying to get my car in fully working order and really went the extra mile to keep me informed and advise me how to deal with BMW UK Customer Service. Can’t comment about Cooper sale experience but their after-sales and service departments are absolutely first class.
