Absolutely disgusted with Devonshie Moto

We ordered a vehicle through the motability scheme with Devonshire Motors and placed a £1000 deposit but due to an unforseen large vet bill we were not able to afford £7000 up front payment , we explained this to Devonshire motors and what had happened and we were told to choose another car or we would loose our £1000 deposit , but unfortunate for us there were no other cars suitable to take my mobility scooter , i think it is dispicable to hold disabled people to ransom , buy from us or loose your money , so they have charged us £1000 for cancelling our order , may i add the car we ordered had not even left factory so could have easily been sent to another dealer when it had been built , needless to say we will never deal with Devonshire Motors again and would advise people not to leave a deposit on any of there vehicles Mrs B of Bideford
