Rude older sales manager

I had a very disappointing experience with the older sales manager at this dealership. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, his behavior was quite obnoxious—rude, making me feel undervalued as a customer. He was very unhelpful, unresponsive to my questions, and seemed more interested in closing the sale quickly rather than providing genuine assistance. He was more interested in waffling on about where he worked before and so on. The member of staff was on the contrary polite and took the time to talk me through the process. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected during our interaction when the older sales manager interrupted mid way through our conversation which really spoiled my overall experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on this experience.
