Poor customer service

Big thank you to Ian and the team at Ken Price Garage, Penkridge for getting my Audi A5 Quattro back on the road after it broke down on the roadside with a drive system fault. The vehicle supplied new by the Swansay Group and fully serviced by them is just 3 1/2 years old and done a 46k miles, not much is it. Swansay customer service was embarrassingly poor two of their dealerships advised 6 and 5 week lead times before they would look at the vehicle. . Ken Price Garage fixed it in 8 days! So no thanks to the Swansay Group for their poor customer service and definitely no thanks to Audi for supplying such an unreliable car. Just shows you don’t always get what you pay for and Vorsprung Durch Technik is not always applicable to an Audi.
