Wonderful, positive experience!

My partner and I went to Samys after having a few bad experiences at other garages and I must say that you could immediately tell the difference in service. They were so accommodating and made it such a positive experience. They did not feel pressure at all. They let us go and have a look around and do our thing without getting impatient. They had all the paperwork ready for us and nothing was missing or hidden from us. It was all very organized. I couldn't say anything bad or thank them enough. It has been a wonderful experience.
