Spent over £40,000 on a used Mercedes GLE 63 S from The Car Centre in March and my excitement lasted all of three weeks. Numerous errors, and the dealership has gone completely radio-silent despite reading my WhatsApp and emails. No replies to emails, no call-backs—nothing. AVOID.
