⭐ 1 star Think twice before buying from Autozone (UK) Ltd in Barnsley. I purchased a Volvo V40 in December 2024, expecting a premium, roadworthy vehicle. From day one, I experienced serious issues — including battery drainage, electrical faults, missing MOT history, and concerns over possible mileage rollback. When I raised these problems, my complaints were ignored or passed between the dealer and the finance provider. I was also given a courtesy car in unsafe condition, with cracked tyres, worn brakes, no daytime running lights, and a broken side mirror — yet it had a valid MOT done at the same garage that sold the vehicle. I am now forced to take the matter to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards. I am not the only one. Check the other reviews — this seems to be a pattern. If you’ve had a similar experience, feel free to contact me. Together we can take action. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car or honest aftercare.
