SHOCKING WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

I bought my ML from Mercland back in 2022 and the problems started the minute it was delivered. It has been one issue after another — first the NOx sensor failed, then the air compression pump went. We paid extra for a warranty (thankfully), so we were able to claim for those first two repairs. However, the same air compression pump that was replaced under warranty has now failed again just a couple of years later! When we initially reported the problem, the company sent an unsuitable replacement part to our garage. After further back-and-forth, they eventually sent another part that was fitted — clearly, that was no long-term solution as the pump has packed up yet again. The garage actually told me he thinks it was an old part they had sent! To make matters worse, Mercland sold us a car with illegal tinted windows, which resulted in us receiving a fine! When my partner called to discuss these issues, he was met with shockingly rude behaviour — an employee actually called him a "f'in t**t" on the phone. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional conduct. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying from this company. The poor quality of the car, the unreliable parts, and the appalling customer service have left us completely disillusioned and out of pocket. We regret ever purchasing from them.
