Great service from Alex

Alex was absolutely superb from start to finish. It's often when things go a tad wrong that you see how good a company is. There was an issue with the car being delivered before the valet but Alex paid for my valet expenses. I cant stress enough what a pleasure it was to deal with Alex. Give that man a pay rise!
