Accomodating

This is my first automatic car and also my first estate. It took some adjusting, but I love it and would never go back. The team at BVG were very accommodating. They let us wait in a room, offered us drinks and chocolates, and even put on kids’ TV for my children while we waited, which was a really nice touch. It’s definitely a five-star experience.
