Avoid this dodgy dealer

Very poor experience with eCars. Bought a 2011 Passat with full service history here not long ago. Found the Aircon not to be working within a week of purchase. The issue was raised directly with Si from eCars immediately as the warranty paperwork hadn't yet arrived. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on and owner not interested. So I’m now left with a £450 bill to fix. Very pushy sales tactics too. I’d recommend buying with your eyes wide open. Preferably somewhere else.
