Car is missing

Chiswick Honda still has my car after 9 days delay and I have no information about when or if I will get it back. I brought the car in for a service under a Honda service plan. I came back at end of day to collect (as agreed) but then told it was delayed. I then waited for home delivery the following week (as agreed) but no car. I’m leaving this review as cannot find a way to contact the service team (no reply to enquiry through website. After phoning and leaving a message, they returned the call only to put me on hold for five minutes then hang up on me). I had great service from Wimbledon Honda the last few years, and this was first time with Chiswick. Please return my car! Or at least email me!
