Selling a used vehicle to the garage.

Very disappointed with my experience at this garage. I came in to get a valuation for my vehicle, and the offer I received was low and not reflective of the car’s condition. Out of everything, only two issues raised. One was with the front sensor, which they'd checked on sight and confirmed that it needed adjusting as it was slightly out of line. The other a small scratch (less than 4cm) on the nearside door. Nonetheless we reluctantly agreed a price in order for a quick sale as it was less hassle than selling privately and we wanted to sell it locally. We also had recently aquired another vehicle. But the experience felt like they were trying to take advantage from the outset rather than offer a fair deal. To my astonishment the vehicle is currently listed on their site more than £5,000 above what I had agreed to sell. How is that possible? Now, I know Elim Peugeot in Llangefni are expected to make some profit for the resale of their vehicles and my own vehicle as its a business and not a charity. But how can they justify a profit of this margin? I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and transparent transaction.
