My Third Mercedes

My experience at Mercedes Brooklands has been exemplary. Tim Nichols is a first class agent - professional, patient, knowledgeable. He has organised my last three cars over ten years and I have been very happy each time. Most importantly, Tim listens to me. I know nothing about cars and I know I can trust Tim to ask the right questions, make sense of my day-to-day needs and find the best car to suit them. He always takes great care to explain the car’s characteristics and functions so that I can get the most out of it. He is also extremely well organised on the paperwork and the finance details. I am very grateful for the care he has always taken to help me and look forward to buying my next car from him in 3 years time!
