Terrible after sales service

First car I bought from them years ago was fine , this x5 I bought terrible, from day 1 smell of burning and smoke from engine compartment , they came took car back couldn't find any problems, after a couple of weeks coming from west Wales smoke coming from engine compartment, owner picked us and car up couldn't find problems, I showed him videos, they had car into garage they use and changed rocker cover gasket, over 1 week for 2 hour job ,again 2 weeks later same problem had car back couldn't find problems, after this they kept on telling me take it because it's covered by warranty but why should I pay out when problems where there from day 1. From December my disabled son was back and forth hospital with terminal cancer , car caught fire on way from hospital, luckily outside my friend's house, he put fire out and sorted problems for me ,a leaking fuel pipe from injector I suggest if garage they use had done job properly they would have found split pipe. They will say should have gone for diagnostic but that would not have found leaking pipe , be very careful
