Avoid!
I had a horrible experience with buybuycar. I bought a van that had clearly been in a crash, but they didn’t disclose any of the damage. The repairs were shoddy at best, and it’s clear they didn’t care about the quality of the vehicle. To make matters worse, I only got one key, and it only worked in the ignition. Within two weeks of owning the van, the battery died, and I found myself locked out 50 miles from home. I had to pay £120 just to get someone to let me in. On top of that, the engine is running rough and clearly needs attention. I reached out to the dealership about all these issues, but they’ve made no effort to fix anything or even offer help. I strongly advise against buying from this dealership. They sold me a van with major problems and have been completely unresponsive. Avoid them if you don’t want to deal with the stress and extra costs.
