Recently bought a dacia duster

I recently brought a dacia duster a month or so ago,I dealt with josh,I live quite a few hundreds miles away,I travelled to Roxburgh to purchase my new car,very friendly from the day dot,when their taking your money.when I viewed my new vehicle it had a dent in one of the doors,front alloy wheel had a massive chunk out of it,parcel shelf was missing,came with one key which was never mentioned from josh.got the tracking from local garage then found out front suspension leg was bent,contacted Andy customer care team,then replied nothing was wrong with my car,took forever to get them to pay out,constant phone call and emails and so rude,please beware of this car sales .cause so much stress,nothing but hassle.they didn't even take responsibility for all the stress, they caused
