Well where do I start. We purchased a brand new Ssang Yong Turismo Elx for a deal of £28k in January 2016, which at the time I thought it was a fair deal for what we were getting. WRONG We have had nothing but issue after issue and it's already been back to the dealership on 5 separate occasions, bare in mind its a 3 hour round trip, and on the last occasion I refused to spend any more time and money going back over, as I shouldn't have to do this for a brand new car, he did kindly bring me the vehicle back to us at their expense, but this time with a rear puncture, you couldn't really make this up. 1) The vehicle has excessive road noise, and it's like driving with the windows down, and according to Steve Durkin himself, he kindly informed my wife months after we bought the car that they are actually prone to road noise, so why wasn't we informed of this prior to the purchase. 2) Rear seats constantly rattle, again they think this is totally acceptable. 3) Excessive engine noise especially when stationary. 4) Car now losing oil 5) Car doesn't hold on inclines when in drive as it;s a automatic, it free wheels backwards and then stalls. 6) Engine management light keeps coming on for no reason, and that puts the car into limp mode. 7) The global assistance light comes on when it feels like it. As we are at the end of out tether with this, and under the consumer rights act 2015 we have exercised our final rights which is to reject the vehicle, so which is not adhered to as yet, and Steve Durkin has called me a "Nasty Little Man" and a "Coward", this is all on email directly from himself. So not only his he getting very personal he has no respect for legislation's put in place to protect the consumer.
